- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any event booking.

- Any additional costs arising due to last-minute changes or special requests will be borne by the client.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations within less than 30 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
5. Event Planning and Execution
- Enah Celebrity Events will make all reasonable efforts to deliver services as agreed.
- We are not responsible for third-party vendor failures, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events.
- Clients must provide necessary approvals and permits for the event, if required.
6. Third-Party Vendors
- We work with third-party vendors such as caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers.
- While we ensure high standards, we are not responsible for vendor performance, delays, or disputes.
- Clients may be required to sign separate agreements with third-party service providers.
7. Liability and Indemnification
- Enah Celebrity Events is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during events.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising from the event.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items at the event venue.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, designs, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Enah Celebrity Events.
- Clients may not copy, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- We collect and use client information as per our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized parties.
10. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for service disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations.
- In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule events or provide alternative solutions.

12. Governing Law
