At Enah Celebrity Events, we are committed to delivering exceptional event management services tailored to our clients’ unique needs. We understand that circumstances may arise necessitating changes to your event plans. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.
1. Cancellation by the Client
- Advance Notice: If you need to cancel your event, please provide written notice as early as possible. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled event date will result in a full refund of any payments made, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred on your behalf.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days before the event date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable due to the extensive planning and resources committed by this stage.
2. Postponement by the Client
- If you wish to postpone your event, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the proximity of the request to the original event date and any costs already incurred.
3. Cancellation by Enah Celebrity Events
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund will be provided, including any deposits paid. We will also work with you to reschedule the event if desired.
4. Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be held liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide a refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Non-Refundable Expenses
- Certain expenses, such as deposits paid to third-party vendors or costs for custom services, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly communicated to you during the planning process.
